The main purpose of the IIHDUSA activity shall be to advance global influence in professional humanitarian responses beneficial to its  members in the fields of  peace-building, humanitarian response and conflict resolution, dialogues, and consultancy to professionals, governments agencies, implementation and protection of the rights and freedoms, satisfaction of humanitarians needs, including economic, social, cultural, environmental and other interests of the IIHDUSA members;

The purposes of IIHDUSA activity shall be:

  • Protect the legitimate rights and interests of IIHDUSA members;
  • Support and assistance to the humanitarian agencies, and human rights in preventing the human trafficking, and other forms in humanitarian activities;
  • Appropriate humanitarian assistance in disasters and risk reduction.

Objective

  • Participation in the exercise of humanitarian response agencies;
  • Facilitating the increase of legal development and legal culture of population and interaction with civil society organizations of the relevant profile;
  • Participating humanitarian activities assistance to state in the protection of the civilians, its members, and verification of compliance of the humanitarian code of conduct, hereof;
  • Participating in the activities of the State Frontier Service or preventing the attempts to breach the state border and regime at the checkpoints across the state border including the illegal movement of goods across the state border, objects, materials, and property;
  • Emergency assistance to the victims of disasters or hazards, participating in rescuing people and property, maintaining public order on a voluntary basis;

  • Enhancing the level of heath, physical and mental development of the population, as well as interaction with Non-Governmental Organizations of sports, tourism profile.
  • Immediate notification to the competent law enforcement authorities of violations of law that are covered by its competence, agencies and immediate informing them of crimes;
  • Providing the state law enforcement agencies of the United States of America with the information and assistance as to the free analysis in case of the international events to combat crime;
  • Preparing independent estimates of threats, strategic analyzes and general reports relating to its objective, including assessments of threats that generate the organized crime.
  • Support as to assistance provision to the state in the collection and analysis of information from the Internet to help detect illegal acts being facilitated or committed via the Internet;

Vision

  • Promoting the expert training and knowledge as to the procedures applied by the competent authorities of the state to investigate and providing free advice on the same;
  • Facilitating the organization and equipping of law enforcement agencies;
  • Promoting the education on humanitarian response methods;
  • Facilitating combating against counterfeiting the national currency by the appointment of IIHDUSA members as public speakers to combat counterfeiting of International Institute Of Humanitarian Diplomacy USA, IIHDUSA may also contribute volunteer coordination measures taken by the competent authorities of the state or under cooperation with humanitarian organizations, when appropriate, in conjunction with institutions of the state, in order  to combat counterfeiting IIHDUSA;

  • Participating in the implementation of effective public policy in national and international
    humanitarian responses;
  • Promoting the development of civil society institutions and introduction of the civil control effective mechanisms over the national security system;
  • Promoting the combating corruption, extremism and international terrorism;
  • Participating in solving the problems of energy food, information, humanitarian security;
  • Participating in ensuring public safety and social legal protection of the victims of human trafficking.

  • Promoting road safety, safety a; sea, river, aviation and rail of civil transport, facilitating the creation of rescue service (for an analogue international rescue “112/911”) assistant service;

  • Assistance to IIHDUSA members of humanitarian organizations in obtaining social adaptions, scientific, educational, recreational and industrial activities;
  • Assistance in preparing and forming the mobilization of recovery of human trafficking children men and women;

  • Development and implementation of programs for the legal and social protection, providing the IIHDUSA members and citizens with practical, organizational, methodological, analytical and reference and other assistance;
  • Participating in training, retraining and advanced training for humanitarian professionals, its managing bodies, as well as preparing the population for actions in an emergency;
  • Holding educational and training events for members of the organization (including abroad).
