The objectives of the IIHDUSA are to:

  • Creating and strengthening bonds of friendship between humanitarian proffessionls and their families around the world,
  • Promoting international cooperation between countries in the social, cultural and professional fields,
  • Promoting peaceful coexistence among peoples, humanitarian professionals, and preserving world peace,
  • Improve the public image of the humanitarian workers,
  • Strengthen international recognition of
  • Sharing knowledge  and  information  through  international  conferences,  seminars  and congresses in various countries.
  • Developing high security technology programs and new visions into the domain
  • Developing social programs to better improve the daily lives of humanitarians personnel
    and their families.
  • Developing cultural and tourism programs for humanitarian personnel and their families
    to enhance intergenerational living.
  • Developing sports and educational programs to improve the performance and effectiveness of
    humanitarian personnel in their professional lives
  • Involve social actors as well as public and private structures in cultural social programs for
    more tolerance and confidence to humanitarian professionals with all social levels. Participate in national and international events of countries and get involved in bringing together the humanitarian sectors in the community and daily professional life of citizens in various
  • Developing collective programs with citizens to humanitarian workers families and their
    children from threats to their profession.
  • To this end, the IIHDUSA, with a view to promoting greater tolerance, order, understanding and rapprochement between citizens and the work of the humanitarian workers which must be developed at the social and cultural level and undertaken at the national and international levels:
  • Exchange programs, visits and trips for IIHDUSA members,
  • Scholarships for young members,
  • Professional seminars,
  • Emergency aid,
  • Social gatherings and events, Social funds for its members, Sport events,
  • Cultural exhibitions and competitions,
  • Youth exchanges and meetings with a view to promoting the work of the,
  • Contacts with the authorities,
  • Publications, statements and campaigns,
  • Participation in events set up by other organizations,
  • Any other activity following the goals described above, within the IIHDUSA or in Cooperation with other organizations.
